This has been an experiment I have played with for some time to ulitilze the simplicity of "Twitter" as a CMS to publish to a mini site - I believe that the real power in "new media" lies with users. Because "you" have the ability to bring valuable information to others in real time. With adobtion of new technologies such as Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr and wordpress - everyday people are able to share first person perspectives and accounts of the events that ultimately effect us all.
